Talent Management Programme for Senior Level Functional/Departmental Heads aimed at Capability Enhancement, Performance Enablement & Career Advancement to build a pipeline of Business Heads. The employees go through an Assessment & Development Centre designed basis company’s Competency Framework to derive their development needs with the help of an industry assessor. It involves multiple self-exploration exercises in the form of Psychometric Assessments, Behavioral Event Interview, Role-Play and Case Study Presentation to identify the Development Areas for Future Readiness. Employees & their Managers together build an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to co-own the Development Journey of employees, basis the development needs identified. As a part of employees’ Individual Development Plan (IDP), they become a part of multiple development exercises in the form of Action Learning Projects, Leadership Academy at Top Institutions, Challenging Assignments etc. The IDP gets reviewed every year for Impact Assessment thereby bridging the gap towards building a team of Successors for Leadership positions.
