A Career Progression Programme to Grow our Frontline Sales/Customer Executive (CE) for the role of an Area Sales Manager (ASM) through an Internal Mobility Process. The CEs are shortlisted basis company’s minimum requirements for fitment in to a large team handing, ASM role. They are assessed by top Sales Leaders through a defined Assessment Process mapped with company’s Competency Framework. The Assessment program consists of Online Assessments, Behavioral Event Interviews & Case Study Presentation for identifying the best fit for the role. The program aims at grooming, evolving & growing frontline sales executives from within the organization to mid managerial positions of ASM.

A Career Progression Programme to graduate PSR (Product Sales Representative) to VBL’s Frontline Sales/Customer Executive (CE) role through an Internal Mobility Process. The resources are shortlisted basis company’s minimum requirements for fitment in to CE role. They are assessed by Sales Leaders through a defined Assessment Process mapped with company’s Competency Framework. The Assessment program consists of Performance Analysis, Written tests & Competency Based Interview. The program aims at creating a pipeline of future ready customer facing frontline workforce who are already culturally acquainted in the organization.

Talent Management Programme for Aspiring Heads of Departments aimed at nurturing high potential employees to make them future ready for leading challenging assignments. The programme evaluates multiple facets of employee’s workplace behavior in terms of personality traits, inductive & deductive reasoning, situational judgement etc. basis company’s Competency Framework. It involves conducting an Assessment Centre with the help of an industry assessor to derive employees’ Development Needs. Employees & their Managers together build an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to co-own the Development Journey of employees, basis the development needs identified. Employees’ development is supported through multiple Training Workshops, Project Deliveries & Mentorship Programs as a part of their IDP. The development needs are reviewed every year to bridge the gap towards building a Future Competent Workforce.

Talent Management Programme for Senior Level Functional/Departmental Heads aimed at Capability Enhancement, Performance Enablement & Career Advancement to build a pipeline of Business Heads. The employees go through an Assessment & Development Centre designed basis company’s Competency Framework to derive their development needs with the help of an industry assessor. It involves multiple self-exploration exercises in the form of Psychometric Assessments, Behavioral Event Interview, Role-Play and Case Study Presentation to identify the Development Areas for Future Readiness. Employees & their Managers together build an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to co-own the Development Journey of employees, basis the development needs identified. As a part of employees’ Individual Development Plan (IDP), they become a part of multiple development exercises in the form of Action Learning Projects, Leadership Academy at Top Institutions, Challenging Assignments etc. The IDP gets reviewed every year for Impact Assessment thereby bridging the gap towards building a team of Successors for Leadership positions.
